Desktop client requirements

The minimum requirements for running client-side desktop components of Alloy Navigator Express for administrators and technicians are as follows:

CPU	2 GHz Dual-Core
RAM	1 GB
Free hard disk space	600 MB The installation additionally requires up to 650 MB of free space to extract the installation files. This portion will be freed after the installation when the extracted files are removed from the hard disk.
OS	Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022. Only 64-bit versions of Windows are supported.
Display resolution	WXGA (1366 x 768) Recommended: FHD (1920 × 1080)
Additional components	If you are planning to view and print reports from the desktop app, you will additionally need: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2016
