Web client requirements

The minimum requirements for clients accessing web-based Alloy Navigator Express components (the Web App and the Self Service Portal) are as follows:

Component Minimum Requirement

Web browser

  • Microsoft Edge: the two latest released versions

  • Google Chrome: the two latest released versions

  • Mozilla Firefox: the two latest released versions

  • Apple Safari: the two latest, released versions on macOS

Browser features

Depending on the browser, users will then have to configure the following browser features:

  • JavaScript must be enabled

  • Cookies must be enabled

  • LocalStorage must be enabled
