Customize new workflow

Start the Settings App (for example, using the Alloy Control Panel) and review new workflow items and components.

In order to prevent data loss in your production system, all services in the pilot Alloy Navigator Express 2024 database are disabled. These services include:

• Active Directory Import
• Network Inventory Connector
• Mail Connector
• Recurrent Ticket Agent
• Reporting Service

In order to fully test your pilot system, you may need to enable these services. Before doing so, configure them to use the pilot data. Make sure that the Mail Connector is configured to use a test mailbox.

The final upgrade step will import all production data records again, so you should not worry about test records appearing in the pilot database
