Disabling or Enabling Workflow Items

You can temporarily disable an Action, Template, E-mail Notification, Business Policy, or an Integration as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to a list of workflow items. For example, to disable a Template for Computers, go to Customization > IT Assets > Computers > Workflow > Templates.
  2. Right-click an item and choose Disable from the pop-up menu.

You can enable a disabled item by choosing Enable from the pop-up menu.
