Customizing the style of the Preview Pane

The Preview Pane shows details of the record currently selected in the data view section of the screen.

NOTE:The content of the Preview Pane for every object class is different. You can customize its content if needed. For details, see Customizing Preview Pane content.

To modify the current style sheet:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Customization > General > CSS Styles.

2. Choose where you want to change the style of Preview Pane.

3. Customize CSS style definitions as you need.

4. Click Save on the Standard toolbar.

To save the current style sheet to a file:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Customization > General > CSS Styles > Preview Pane

2. Click Save To File. The Save Stylesheet to dialog box opens.

3. Browse for the location to save the file to, specify the file name, then click Save on the Standard toolbar.

To import styles from a file:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Customization > General > CSS Styles > Preview Pane.

2. Click Load From File. The Load Stylesheet from dialog box opens.

3. Browse for the .css file and click Open.

   NOTE: When you import styles from a file, you replace the current style definition. You may want to export your current style sheet to a file before doing the import.
