Modifying the Hierarchy of Categories

You can relocate existing categories, both parent or child, to another parent category. Before you begin, decide which category will be the new parent or create a new parent category if needed.

To change the parent category:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Customization > [Module] > [Object Class] > Classification > Categories.
2. Drag and drop a category to a new parent. Alternatively, you can select a category and use the Move Up, Move Down, and Move to buttons to move it to another parent category.
