Pausing or Resuming the E-mail Queue

You can pause the outbound e-mail queue. When the queue is paused, e-mail messages accumulate in the queue and remain there until you resume queue processing or force-send individual messages.

To pause or resume the e-mail queue, follow these steps:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Notifications > Notification Queue.

  2. To pause the queue, under Queue Status, click Pause.

    NOTE: While the Notification Queue is paused, the Desktop App informs users that the queue is paused, and displays who and when paused the queue.

  3. To resume e-mail queue processing, click Resume.
