How To Enable Sending E-mail on Behalf of Another Person

To enable sending notifications on behalf of a person, that person must grant Send on Behalf permissions to the Microsoft Exchange account that is used for sending notifications in Alloy Navigator Express. Notification recipients will see both the sender's address and the Microsoft Exchange account address in the From field, as follows:

From: Mailbox on behalf of Mailbox <person's address>

To grant Send on Behalf permissions, each person must add the notification account as a delegate for their mailbox in Microsoft Outlook and grant the delegate appropriate permissions. The exact steps depend on the version of Outlook being used.
