Making Dashboard Widgets Mandatory

When users are customizing their dashboard in the Alloy Navigator Express Desktop App, they may hide some widgets on the dashboard. If you want a particular widget to be always visible on the dashboard for all users, you can make it mandatory. Mandatory widgets cannot be hidden.

To make a dashboard widget mandatory:

1. From the Side Bar, navigate to Customization > General > Dashboard.
2. Right-click the widget you want to make mandatory and choose Mandatory from the pop-up menu.

You can undo your changes by right-clicking the widget and clicking the Mandatory menu option to remove the check mark.
