Viewing Effective Permissions of Technician Accounts

Effective permissions are the result of combining of all permissions a technician receives from assigned security roles.

You can view effective permissions of a Technician account as follows:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Accounts and Roles > Accounts.
2. Double-click a Technician account. The User Account dialog box appears.
3. Click the Effective Permissions tab and view the effective permissions of the account.

   NOTE: You can expand all nodes on the permissions list by choosing Expand All from the pop-up menu. To collapse the expanded nodes, choose Collapse All.
