Managing Technician Accounts from the Desktop App

The Settings app enables you to create and maintain all Technician accounts for Alloy Navigator Express. However, you or technicians themselves may want to manage their Technician accounts and security role membership while working with Alloy Navigator Express using the Web App or the Desktop App.

On the Accounts and Roles tab of the Person details window you can create a new Technician account for the person, grant or revoke security roles assigned to this account, or delete the Technician account associated with the person.

NOTE: The Accounts and Roles tab is available only for Person records of the Technician type.
