Change Request records

Change request records are listed in the Change Requests grid. To access the Change Requests grid, selectfrom the navigation menu.

The top pane of an open change request record window displays the number and the summary of the Change Request on the left and its status and priority on the right.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• General tab

• Activity tab

• Approvals tab (optional)

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Child Tickets tab

• Related Objects tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab

• History tab
