Tickets and Changes tab

The Tickets and Changes tab lists all Service Desk Tickets and Change Requests submitted by the Persons of this Organization. Namely, this list includes the Tickets or Change Requests where the Requester field displays one of the Persons shown on the Persons tab of this Organization.

You can view the details of a Ticket directly from this tab by double-clicking the Ticket or Change Request record, or by selecting it and clicking Open.
