Showing and hiding footers
You can configure the view display settings to show or hide group or grid footers where you can view record statistics.
To show group and/or grid footers:

Right-click anywhere in the grid and choose Customize View from the pop-up menu.

In the Customize View window, click the Options tab.

To show the grid footer, under View, select the Show Footercheck box.

To show group footers, under Show Group Footers, click When Expanded or Always, depending on when you want the group footers to appear.

Click OK.
To hide group and/or grid footers:

Right-click anywhere in the grid and choose Customize View from the pop-up menu.

In the Customize View window, click the Options tab.

To hide the grid footer, under View, click to clear the Show Footer check box.

To hide group footers, under Show Group Footers, click Never.

Click OK.
