Threshold Notification Rule window

Use the Threshold Notification Rule window to define thresholds for particular items in stock and actions to perform when these thresholds are reached.

Description section: Specifies the general properties of the threshold notification rule:

Name (mandatory): The rule name.

Product (mandatory): The product the rule is created for. You can choose only consumable products here.

Settings section: Here you can view and manage the thresholds in stock and actions to perform.

Threshold 1 (mandatory): The value of the stock out threshold for the item to generate a "Threshold 1" notification to the manager. The notification specifies that the reorder is needed.

Reorder Quantity 1 (optional): The number of items to reorder, when the available quantity has fallen below the Threshold 1 quantity. This number will be included in the "Threshold 1" notification.

Threshold 2 (optional): The critical value of the stock out threshold for the item to generate a "Threshold 2" notification to the manager. The notification specifies that the urgent reorder is needed.

Reorder Quantity 2 (optional): The number of items to reorder, when the available quantity has fallen below the Threshold 2 quantity. This number will be included in the "Threshold 2" notification.
