About Customers module

The Customers module lets you manage all the information related to organizations and people.

  • Organizations

    Lets you manage information about various organizations and their departments involved in your Service Desk Management and processes with your IT Assets.

  • Locations

    Lets you manage information about physical locations of organizations involved in your processes.

  • Persons

    Lets you manage information about any kind of individuals your organization deals with: employees including internal IT support technicians, external contacts sending requests for technical support, and customers.

  • Groups

    Allows you to arrange technicians in groups based on the tasks they perform, which gives the ability to assign tickets to groups instead of particular technicians.
