Self Service Portal

The Self Service Portal (SSP) is a Web interface for your customers and internal company users to the Service Desk, Knowledge Base and other modules of Alloy Navigator Express (for details, see Self Service Portal modules and naming conventions).

In the Customization > General > Self Service Portal section of the Sidebar, you configure how end-users work with Alloy Navigator Express through the SSP. These end-users are referred to as Self Service Portal customers (SSP customers).
