Form Field window
Use the Form Field window to add a field on the form for creating or viewing objects or to modify the field appearance on that form.
Field > Name - the name of the physical objet field.
Display > Label - the field label on the form. If you want to use the field name as the label, leave the this field blank.
Options section specifies the field properties:
Mandatory - specifies that the field is mandatory.
Read Only - specifies that the field is read-only.
NOTE: The Name and Label fields are always available; the availability of other fields in the Form Field window depends on the type of the form you are configuring.
