Version 2023.2.1 is a maintenance release. It addresses several issues reported in previous versions.

Web App

Resolved issues with the auto-termination of idle user sessions feature, which previously led to the premature termination of concurrent user sessions after a minute, regardless of user activity and the specified period of inactivity. Now, when enabled, the feature correctly terminates idle concurrent sessions after reaching the specified threshold, as expected.
Addressed a UI/UX issue on workflow forms that included fields of the Duration type (e.g., Time Spent). Previously, an unclear user interface could lead to users mistakenly indicating hours instead of minutes. Now, the user interface has been enhanced to provide better clarity in this regard.

Fixed an issue with the drop-down Requester list on Service Request forms. Previously, users could not select their desired value from the list when it exceeded 100 options and the value was outside the displayed range. Now, typing in the Requester field correctly narrows down the list, enabling users to select their value.
