Performing Actions on Tickets and Requests

Using the Mobile App, you can perform various Actions on objects. To access the Actions menu, open a Change Request's, Approval Request's, or Ticket's record and click the Actions button from the navigation bar. To perform an Action on that object, choose the Action from the Actions menu, specify its properties and click the OK button.

TIP: All mandatory fields will be displayed with a red asterisk (*).

Elements of the mobile UI:

1 Back button Returns to the Object details.
2 Action record Invokes the action form.
3 Record properties Allows you to specify Action properties.
4 OK button Saves your changes.
