Alloy Navigator Express Cloud

Alloy Navigator Express cloud service is best for small, medium and large companies of all industries looking for an all-encompassing solution accompanied by a powerful, process automation system, 3rd-party integration and a flexible API.
Our cloud service can dynamically scale to meet the needs of your business. We supply all the hardware and software necessary: data storage and backup solutions, Web-based e-mail services, database processing, managed technical support services and more. You do not need to provision or deploy your own resources, just install Alloy Navigator Express in the cloud using your existing cloud infrastructure.

Administrative Tools and Components
The Alloy Navigator Express 8 suite includes the installation package (
8xx.exe) for the following administrative tools:

|Settings App||The administrative application that enables you to perform various administrative tasks such as configuring business logic, creating and maintaining user accounts, configuring the e-mail and Active Directory integration, accessing logs, etc.||

The tool that enables you to import data from external files and third-party database applications, such as CRM, HR, and network inventory systems, directly into Alloy Navigator Express cloud.
The tool that runs Active Directory Synchronization jobs to import user data from the on-premise Active Directory into Alloy Navigator Express cloud.
In comparison with our on-premise solution, the cloud-based solution has the following limitations:

|Automatic Upgrade||Alloy hosted solution does not include the Desktop App, so the Automatic Upgrade feature is not available.|
|Global Notifications Settings||The email notification queue check interval is set to 60 seconds.|
|Active Directory Synchronization||
The Active Directory synchronization jobs should not occur more often than once every 4 hours. If you try to specify the interval less than allowed, the minimum value is set automatically.
|Mail Connector Jobs||
The mail connector jobs should not occur more often than once every 5 minutes. If you try to specify the interval less than allowed, the minimum value is set automatically.
The recurrent ticket jobs should not occur more often than once every 15 minutes. If you try to specify the interval less than allowed, the minimum value is set automatically.
|Workflow Logs||Workflow logging is disabled. You can log only failed executions.|
|Logs: Retention Policy||
Storing log files for more than 30 days is not allowed. Changing this settings is not allowed.
The scheduled report jobs should not occur more often than once a day. If you try to specify the interval less than allowed, the minimum value is set automatically.
|Data Archiving||Managing data archiving job settings is not allowed.|
Attaching files more than 50 MB is not allowed.
|Help and Documentation||Changing the URL for "Help and Documentation" is not allowed.|
The automated audits should not run more often than once every 15 minutes.
