E-mail Notifications are
Alloy Navigator Express provides a number of pre-configured E-mail Notifications that are triggered by workflow-related events such as creating an object or changing its status. For example, when a Ticket is assigned to a technician, Alloy Navigator Express notifies that technician. You may use E-mail Notifications with default settings, or customize them as needed. You can create notification templates using both static and dynamic content.
In addition, you can create your custom E-main Notifications when configuring Ticket Escalation policies.
