Controlling the Execution Order of Business Policies

You may have several Policies configured for the same event (for example, triggered by Ticket modification). You can set the order in which these policies will trigger as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Customization > Service Desk > Tickets > Workflow > Business Policies.
  2. Click Order. The Execution Order dialog box opens.
  3. Select a policy and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change its position. Repeat this step to reorder other policies as needed. .

    NOTE: Alternatively, you can use drag-and-drop to rearrange policies.

  4. Click OK.
