Customizing Support Hours

To customize regular support hours, follow these steps:

  1. From the Side Bar, navigate to Customization > General > Support Hours.
  2. Under Working Week, double-click the day to customize, and specify the working time configuration using the Working Hours dialog box:
    • If you want to define working time, select the Working Day option and specify the start time and the end time. Click OK.
    • If you want to define non-working time, select the Day Off option and click OK.
