Customizing the Mail Connector Schedule

By default, the Mail Connector polls the e-mail server for new messages every 5 minutes. You can customize the default schedule:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to E-mail Processing > Mail Connector.

2. Under Schedule, click Change and specify a new job schedule. You can set the occurrence (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), daily frequency, and duration (start and end date).

3. Click Save.
