Saving Problematic Snapshots for Technical Support

If you are having trouble with a particular audit snapshot and are unable to resolve the issue, contact Alloy Software Technical Support.

Before contacting, you should have the audit snapshot causing the error available for the Technical Support representative. You can save such a snapshot file to your preferred location as follows:

  1. From the Side Bar, navigate to Network Inventory > Audit Errors.
  2. Select the error record and click Save Audit Snapshot.
  3. Browse to the location where you want to save the snapshot file and click Save.
