Physical Path to Self Service Portal Files

By default, the Self Service Portal is installed to the Alloy Navigator Express installation folder. The typical path to Self Service Portal files may look like this: C:\Program Files\Alloy Software\Alloy Navigator Express2023\WebApps\SSP. However, you can install the Self Service Portal to a different folder.

To view the physical path to Self Service Portal files, start the Web Configuration tool on the web server and navigate to the Self Service Portal using the sidebar. The path will be displayed in the main pane on the right hand side, among other configuration information.

You can click the Physical path link to open the folder in File Explorer.
