Customizing Workflow Items that the SSP Uses to Display and Create Objects
You can customize the following aspects of forms the Self Service Portal uses to display and create objects:
- View Forms — The SSP uses these forms to display the details of existing objects such as Tickets and Equipment Reservations.
- New Equipment Reservations Form — The Self Service Portal uses this form to prompt customers for relevant information when they create a new Equipment Reservations.
New Equipment Reservations Template — The Self Service Portal applies this template to initialize newly created objects. Here you specify how to initialize their properties, and particularly those that are not be visible on View and New Object forms.
- New Ticket Forms — The Self Service Portal uses these Forms to create different types of Tickets. Each "New Ticket Form" prompts customers for relevant information when they choose to create a Ticket, and initializes fields of this new Ticket.
