All SSP customers are external users

This is the case when neither pass-through, nor LDAP authentication are available. So you must:

  1. Choose the Standard or LDAP Authentication for the Self Service Portal. For details, see Installation Guide: Installing and Configuring the Self Service Portal.

  2. Create SSP accounts, set up the Self-Registration, or enable LDAP authentication. For details, see Configuring Self-Registration.
