Understanding views

Updated in 2.2

The Mobile App provides a number of default, ready-to-use views for all objects. All views display only active objects, meaning that closed and resolved objects are hidden. Generally, each view includes the following fields: Ticket, Requester, Created Date, Priority, Status, Due Date, and Summary.
