Analytics

The Reports > Analytics section provides a set of interactive charts that help you work with your ITSM and ITAM data in real time. You can gain insights into ticket loads, SLA outcomes, asset status, team performance, and more, without relying on external reporting tools.

Your list of charts includes built-in charts, charts shared by other users, and any charts you have created yourself.

The chart list is based on a single, personal data view. You can quickly sort or group by a column, and filter by a value or exclude specific values. For more advanced customization, click the gear icon to open the Customize View pane, where you can add or remove columns, create filters, and set up conditional formatting.

TIP: Since analytics charts currently have no categories, it can be helpful to group charts by object class for easier navigation.
