The Reports > Analytics section provides interactive charts that help you analyze ITSM and ITAM data in real time. You can gain insights into ticket volumes, SLA performance, asset status, team workload, and other operational metrics without relying on external reporting tools.

Analytics charts are reusable. The same chart can be viewed in Reports > Analytics and added to one or more dashboards as a widget. Changes made to a chart are reflected everywhere the chart is used.

Explore charts

Your chart library in Reports > Analytics includes:

  • pre-built charts immediately available in Alloy Navigator

  • custom charts shared by other users

  • personal charts created or shared by you

Use column headers to quickly sort, group, and filter charts in the list, or use the Filter box in the upper-right corner to quickly find charts by any displayed value.

Charts are organized into categories for easier navigation, such as Service Desk, Asset Management, and Project Management. Use the category tree on the left to browse charts by category.

Work with charts

  • View charts as standalone visualizations and share them with teammates within Alloy Navigator

  • Add charts to dashboards as widgets

  • Create and edit charts from Reports > Analytics or directly from dashboards

  • Export chart visualizations and data for sharing outside the system
