The Organization Management solution allows you to manage all the information related to organizations and people.

  Allows you to manage information about various organizations involved in your service management and asset management processes.

• Locations

  Allows you to manage information about physical locations of organizations involved in your service management and asset management processes.

• Persons

  Allows you to manage information about any kind of people your organization deals with: employees including internal IT support technicians, external contacts sending requests for technical support, and customers.

• Groups

  Allows you to arrange technicians in groups based on the tasks they perform, which gives the ability to assign service desk tickets to groups instead of particular technicians.
