AI Assistant greeting message

You can customize the greeting (welcome) message displayed by the AI Assistant in the Self Service Portal at the start of a conversation.
This setting is not configured directly in the Admin Center. Instead, customize the greeting through the portal language settings available on the Languages page for your Self Service Portal instance. For details, see Configuring languages for Self Service Portal.
To customize the greeting message:

Download the default English - United States localization file.

Locate the
AI.CHAT.GREETING.TITLEentry. -
Update the text field with your custom greeting message.
For details, see Customize text resources

Save the localization file.

Upload the updated localization file back to the portal.
For details, see Import languages
You can repeat these steps for other languages as needed.
