Symptoms

When you attempt to search your Alloy Navigator, this error message may appear.

You have not entered any text. Enter the text to find.

Cause

This error occurs the when you click Search without having actually typed anything in the search box.

Resolution

Please enter some text to search for and try again.

The search box is mandatory. It may look different depending on what you are searching for, but you always should type something in there before hitting Search.
