Replacing detail reports with external report files
You can update the layout of an existing detail report by replacing the report with an external report file. For example, you can use this method to import your changes into Alloy Navigator reports.
NOTE: You may want to save your current report to an external file for backup purposes before replacing the layout. For details, see Saving detail report layouts to external report files.
To replace a report with an external report file:

Open the details window for any object of the target class (for example, if you want to change a detail report for

On the Module menu, choose Print > Manage Reports. The Manage Reports windows appears.

Right-click the report and choose Replace from the pop-up menu.

Select the source report file and click Open.
