Applying a saved filter

This method allows to apply a filter saved previously to a file. You can apply such filters only to those lists that display all the fields used in the filter criteria.

To apply a previously saved quick filter:

  1. While displaying a filtered list, click Customize in the Condition Panel. The Filter builder window opens.

  2. Click Open. The Open the existing filter window opens.

  3. Browse for and choose the filter file.

  4. Click Open.

  5. Click either OK to apply the filter and close the window, or Apply to apply the filter without closing the window.
