Virtual Machines tab

The Virtual Machines tab shows virtual machines associated to this host.

NOTE: For computer records that were created during network inventory data upload, Alloy Discovery automatically associates virtual guest computers with their hosts. For details, see Alloy Discovery Administration Guide: Auditing Individual Network Nodes.

On this tab, you can:

• Establish association with a virtual machine:

  1. Click Add to bring up the Select Virtual Machine window.

  2. Double-click the virtual machine you want associate with this host.

• View the details of a virtual machine:

  • Double-click the virtual machine in the grid. The record details window opens.

• Remove association:

  • Select the virtual machine and click Remove.
