Defining working and non-working hours
You can define several configurations for working and non-working hours. When you create a work calendar, you must select a configuration for each week day (for details, see Creating work calendars).
To define a configuration for working or non-working hours:

In the General > Work Calendars section, click New under Working Week. The New Working Hours window appears.

Type in a name for the configuration.

Take one of the following actions:

To define a configuration for working hours, click Working Day and specify the working time in the From and To fields.

To define a day off, click Day Off.

Click OK.
