Assigning dashboards to security roles

To assign dashboards to security roles:

1. In the General > Dashboard Management > Dashboards section, select one or more dashboards that you want to assign to security roles and click Roles. The Assign Dashboards to Roles window opens.

2. On the Available Roles pane, the security roles that don't have access to this dashboard are listed. Use the Add, Add All, Remove, and Remove All buttons to move the desired roles to the Assign to These Roles pane. The dashboard will be available only to the members of the roles listed under Assign to These Roles.

3. When done, click OK.
