Announcements
Announcements are important updates and notifications from your IT team or organization. Announcements keep you informed about events like planned maintenance, policy changes, or system outages.
You can access announcements in two places:

On the homepage, in the Announcements widget

From the side navigation menu, by selecting Announcements
If an announcement is critical - for example, about a planned system outage - it will often be highlighted at the top of the widget so you can’t miss it.
In addition to viewing announcements in the portal, your organization may also send them via email notifications. This ensures that you stay informed even if you’re not logged in to the portal.
