Version 2024.2.1 is a maintenance release. It addresses several issues reported in previous versions.

Web App

Resolved an issue where activities without explicitly entered details could appear blank.
Resolved an issue where the Timestamp and Snippet buttons appeared active in view mode, creating the false impression they could make changes. These buttons are now only enabled when the field is in edit mode.

Resolved an issue that caused the "Object was modified by another user or process" error when submitting service requests using workflow actions with a dialog-style form.
Resolved an issue where forms failed to display a zero value in Integer, Currency, and Float fields when zero was set in the workflow as the initial value.
Resolved a layout issue in the Service Catalog where long category names overlapped or were truncated when spanning multiple lines. They now wrap and display correctly, ensuring readability and a clean layout.

Resolved the "Cannot resolve the collation conflict" error that occurred when running an AlloyScan Synchronization job with a non-default collation in the Alloy Navigator database. The synchronization process now works correctly across different collation settings.
