Performing workflow actions

Like the Web App, the Mobile App allows you to perform workflow actions on records. The actions available to you depend on the current state of the object, your role, and your permissions in Alloy Navigator.

To access the Actions menu, open a record (for example, a Change Request, Incident, or a Work Order and click the Actions button from the navigation bar. To perform an action on that object, choose the action from the Actions menu, fill out the form, and click Apply.

TIP: Mandatory fields are displayed with a red asterisk (*); you must fill them in to proceed.
