Accessing objects by their ID

Each Ticket has a unique ID, which is generated automatically and cannot be modified. Using the ID you can quickly access the object you need. To access Ticket by ID, tap the Go to button and enter the required number in the search ID string.
TIP: In the Web App or Desktop App, you can find this ID in the read-only ID field of the Object's details window.
Elements of the mobile UI:
