Node.js
Introduced in 2024.2
The Self Service Portal requires Node.js, a JavaScript runtime platform, as a prerequisite. The Alloy Installer automatically checks for Node.js during installation. We regularly update Node.js to ensure the stability and security of our products.
A Long-Term Support (LTS) version of Node.js is required. The following LTS versions are supported:
- Maintenance LTS version
-
Active LTS version
For information on Node.js releases, visit the Node.js official website.
IMPORTANT: Non-LTS or newer LTS versions of Node.js may not be fully compatible with our products, and some features may not work as expected.
If a compatible version of Node.js is not installed on your server computer, you can install the supported maintenance LTS version included with the Alloy Navigator Enterprise installation package.
