Using Personal Work Calendars

Personal calendars help you keep track of personal vacations, days off, educational trainings, meetings, sick days, and other non-standard working and non-working hours for individual technicians. All of these personal events affect technicians’ availability and provide the basis for calculating due dates and response dates of Tickets. You also use personal calendars in conditions for Actions and Triggers to check whether a date is covered by a personal work calendar of a particular technician, as illustrated below.
