Activation flow

At a high level, activation includes these steps:

1. Apply a license that includes Multicurrency.

2. Open the Currencies section in Admin Center or Settings.

3. Start the Multicurrency activation flow.

4. Select the default currency.

5. Confirm the irreversible activation.

6. Wait for workflow patching to complete.

7. Manage the list of available currencies after activation.

The exact order differs between the web-based Admin Center and Settings, but the result is the same.

Use the Admin Center

1. Click Enable Multicurrency first.

2. In the activation dialog, select the default currency from the full currency list.

3. Confirm activation and starts patching.

4. After patching, the page allows you to add other currencies to the available list.

Use the Settings App

1. Select the currencies that should be available to users, including the one to be used as the default.

2. Clicks Enable Multicurrency.

3. In the activation dialog, select the default currency from the selected currencies.

4. Confirm activation and start patching.
