Push Notifications

Push Notifications are text messages that appear on a technician's mobile device to alert them about important events, such as ticket escalations or announcements. Push notifications in Alloy Navigator are used to communicate workflow-related events to the people involved in the business process. Push Notifications can be called by Actions, Triggers, and Functions. You can define notification templates using both static and dynamic content.
