Disabling or Enabling Workflow Items

You can temporarily disable an Action or Trigger as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to a list of workflow items. For example, to disable a condition-based Trigger for Computers, go to Workflow and Business Logic > Configuration Management > Computers > Workflow > Triggers > On Condition.
  2. Right-click an item and choose Disable from the pop-up menu.

You can enable a disabled item by choosing Enable from the pop-up menu.
