Form Fields

In the Form Fields category you can choose a placeholder for the value of any virtual field configured in the corresponding Action Form. This category is available when you configure interactive Actions that use Forms.

Placeholders for virtual field values have the VIR prefix, for example:

%[VIR Comment]%

For a Reference virtual field, you can choose placeholders for field values of the referenced object. For example, when the Action Form has an “Assignee” virtual field, you can insert a placeholder for the primary e-mail address of the selected assignee as follows:

• Category: Form Fields
• Item: Assignee
• Subitem: Primary Email

This will insert the following placeholder:

%[VIR Assignee.Primary_Email]%
