Accessing Workflow Items or Components by ID

Every Action, Trigger, E-mail Notification, and Function has a unique ID, which is generated automatically and cannot be modified later. You can see this ID on the General tab, in the read-only ID field of the workflow item's or component's details window.

When you know the ID, you can immediately access the workflow item or component you need from any place of your Settings App.

To quickly access a workflow item or component by its ID:

  1. Click Go To on the Standard Toolbar or press CTRL+G. The Go To dialog box opens.
  2. Type the ID of the workflow item or component and click OK.
